1. USE OF LICENSED SYSTEMS

Our Systems are made available through limited-use licensing. By accessing a System, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the materials for your business purposes, subject to the conditions below.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the System or its components

Reverse-engineer or modify any proprietary elements

Share access with third parties or external vendors

Use the System in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if these conditions are violated.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, systems, frameworks, campaign flows, documents, training, and proprietary tools are the sole property of ReadyStacks, LLC and protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Licensing does not transfer ownership.

You may use the content within the bounds of the granted license but may not claim ownership or authorship of the materials.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your card or account for the agreed-upon amount.

Recurring license fees (if applicable) will be billed automatically on the agreed-upon interval until canceled in writing.

Refunds are only issued under the terms of our Refund Policy. We do not issue refunds for partial use or perceived lack of results once access has been granted.

Note: Some of our Systems may be accessed or purchased through industry-specific brands operated by ReadyStacks, LLC. Regardless of purchase location, ReadyStacks, LLC is the billing entity and may appear on your billing statement.

4. DISCLAIMERS

Our Systems are designed for many purposes, including, but not limited to: helping generate leads, improve customer retention, provide general or specific marketing methods, create content, or drive revenue when implemented properly. However, we make no guarantees regarding business performance, financial outcomes, or specific results.

Use of our Systems does not constitute legal, financial, or marketing advice. All users are responsible for ensuring that implementation complies with local, state, or industry-specific regulations.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyStacks, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Systems, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost opportunities, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the most recent 30-day period of license use.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery Country, Texas.
