REFUND POLICY

At ReadyStacks, we provide access to proprietary marketing systems that may include intellectual property (IP) through a direct one-time sale or monthly recurring licensing models. Because each stack includes downloadable materials, digital assets, campaign flows, and/or access to trained systems, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted and/or once materials have been provided to train a clients AI system.

Access is defined as any one of the following:

  • Login credentials being issued
  • System links or files being delivered
  • A stack being cloned or deployed
  • Any proprietary training or IP being viewed, downloaded, or used

This policy exists to protect the integrity of our intellectual property, our business models, and ensure fair use across all clients and/or licensees.

NO LONG-TERM CONTRACTS

When applicable, all ReadyStacks licensing agreements operate on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your license at any time, for any reason, and you will not be billed further. For clients who are use a one-time payment to access the products or services, there are no long-term contracts on the one time payment.

For clients on monthly billing for additional services or retainers, we operate on a month-to-month basis and do not have long-term contracts or agreements.

Please note: no partial refunds are provided. Once a billing cycle has started and access is granted, that month is non-refundable. Access to our IP and systems is removed upon cancellation, when applicable, pending which service you are using.

We understand that business models evolve, industries shift, and needs change, which is why our business model and licensing structure is designed with flexibility in mind.
